• NO PETS are allowed anywhere on the property. • NO SMOKING or vaping of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc.) inside the house or within 20 feet of any windows or doors. • NO EVENTS, parties, or large gatherings. • NO CHILDREN or INFANTS (under 2 years old) are permitted. • QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be considerate and respectful of our neighbors at all times. • Only flush toilet paper down the toilets—please do not flush any other items. • NO commercial filming, professional photography, or creation of promotional social media content without prior written permission (personal vacation photos and videos are always welcome!). • Please treat our home with care and respect so future guests can enjoy it as well.

Located on East Lenoir Street a short walk east of Moore Square and downtown Raleigh. Nearby neighborhoods include Boylan Heights and parts of historic East Raleigh/South Park. Walkable to downtown restaurants, coffee shops, bars, the convention center area, and cultural sites (museums, performing arts venues). Urban feel with a mix of older homes, recent renovations and local small businesses; good for guests who want quick access to downtown nightlife and events.

Very walkable for downtown destinations (Moore Square, Fayetteville Street, some museums) for short trips. Local bus service (GoRaleigh/GoTriangle) runs on the same street a few feet away; the city circulator/rapid lines provide frequent downtown connections. Rideshare and taxis are widely available and practical for nights or trips outside the core. On‑site/residential parking. For trips around the Triangle, driving via I‑40/US‑64 or using regional buses is the most direct option.
